Klectronic and media management services; and print, electronic and media advertising, marketing, brand management, public relations, and image campaigns; and research, analysis & planning for customers and clients (and/or similar activities and services) for profit.  Herrmann and Contractor both recognize and agree that in all matters referenced herein Herrmann’s customers and clients are the disclosed principals and Herrmann is acting solely as the agent of Herrmann’s customers and clients who are solely responsible for the obligations Herrmann incurs on their behalf.  Herrmann desires to retain Contractor's services, or continue Contractor's services, as the case may be, as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Herrmann, to assist Herrmann in providing services and fulfilling Herrmann's responsibilities to Herrmann's customers and clients.  Contractor desires to provide, or continue to provide, such services for Herrmann.  In the course of providing services for Herrmann, Contractor will be working on customer and client accounts and will become familiar with Herrmann's customers and clients and their business needs.  Herrmann and Contractor both recognize the importance of protecting and preserving Herrmann's business relationship with its customers and clients, and of protecting Herrmann's business information and property

Even if the cost to outsource is more, you may decide that the extra dollars are worth freeing up staff hours for mission-critical initiatives.
